Recognizing the Heroes of of Commuity

Sickle Cell Foundation of Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast, Inc. will be recognizing 30 community leaders who have made a difference in the lives of ordinary citizens throughout our service area. These stars will be recognized for their involvement and commitment to better the lives of disadvantaged citizens of our community. Nominations will be accepted from staff, board members, clients and the public at large. The Anniversary Committee will select the 30 stars at its meeting on February 17, 2010.

Guidelines for the nominations are:

1. Submit a completed nomination form to the attention of the Anniversary Committee via fax at 561-840-4137 or mail to 1600 N Australian Ave West Palm Beach, Fl 33407. Nominations must be received by February 16, 2010 at 5:00 pm.
2. Nominees must reside or work within our service area
3. Nominees cannot be an officer, director or employee of the Sickle Cell Foundation
4. Nominees must be available to attend the Anniversary Ceremony on March 4, 2010 at 1:30 pm.
